People come for all sorts of reasons

Sometimes they know exactly what they want. Sometimes they just know something isn't quite working. And sometimes they're curious about what might be possible.

No two people, teams or organisations are the same, so there isn't a prescribed route through the work. We can start wherever you are and work out what would be useful from there.

LEADERSHIP Development

Many people step into leadership without anyone really showing them what being a leader is about, how great leaders think, or how their role changes when they become responsible for other people.

I don't believe leadership is about following a formula or trying to become a particular kind of leader. It starts with understanding who you are, what you believe about leadership and how those things show up in the way you lead.

One to One Support

Different people bring out different things in us, and vice versa. The same action can get a completely different reaction on a different day or in a different context.

Sometimes you need space to make sense of what is really happening, understand your own part in it and explore what might create a different outcome.

Yvonne came to IEC recommended by another trusted partner, and we have now worked together for more than 6 years. During this time Yvonne has used the Insights Discovery approach to help IEC establish performance improvements at all levels, from employee to the Executive team. Yvonne is also very flexible and can adapt to specific needs of the business… this has included help with personal and team development, improving general and specific communication approaches to build more positive working relationships. Yvonne has a very engaging manner which helps unravel more difficult topics, promoting improved team interaction and individual ownership.
