I help teams understand how they work together, then explore how to improve it.
Your team is a collection of individuals, with their own experiences, perspectives, relationships and ways of working. Understanding those differences can become one of your greatest sources of strength, if you know how to make them work for you.
We all bring more of ourselves to work than what's in the job description. Who we are and the experiences we've had shape what we notice, what we expect, what we need and how we respond to other people.

Dynamic Discovery
Dynamic Discovery is a three-hour, in-person workshop for teams.
Everyone completes an Insights Discovery questionnaire beforehand, giving us an individual profile to work from. In the workshop, we step away from the day-to-day, explore what each person brings and look at how those differences play out in the way the team works together.
It's practical, conversational and deliberately not a presentation about personality types. There's reflection, discussion, movement and plenty of opportunity to apply what you discover to the way you actually work together.
The aim isn't to teach the team a model or tell people how they should behave.
It's to give them a shared structure for understanding different approaches and open up more choices about how you work together.
Insights Discovery®️ is one of the tools I use to bring these differences to life.
This four-colour model gives people an accessible way to talk about preferences and behaviour without putting people into boxes or deciding that one way is better than another. The interesting bit isn't discovering your colour. It's what happens when you start recognising those differences in yourself and the people around you.
