4 Ways to make your relationships holiday ready

Are your relationships holiday ready?
What does that even mean?
It means, having a system so that any one person having time off does not negatively impact the relationships in the team.
Here are 4 things that could make all the difference:
🔵 Be clear about how work will be handled in someone’s absence, how you’ll handle unexpected questions arising and who is responsible for which tasks (and standards).
🟡 Ask and share what falls into the FOMO (fear of missing out) category for whom. Can it be delayed until their return? Some team members may want to be kept in the loop despite being away.
🟢 Consider how you’ll ensure that everyone knows where to get what support if needed whilst others are away.
🔴 Clarify how decisions will be made in the absence of the normal decision maker. How do you ensure that nothing that needs action in their absence is left hanging?
