I have reservations about the phrase ‘If you can’t beat them, join them”… but when it comes to your biology it makes prefect sense. You can’t beat it, but you can ‘join in’ and play the game if you know the rules!!!

Halos and Horns

You assume that the ‘good performer’ (Halo) will do it right and the ‘bad one’ (Horn) probably won’t.

Farewell objectivity!

💡Top TIP - treat ‘horn’ like ‘halo’ for a day and watch them shine.

Dunning-Kruger Effect

You’ll underestimate your strengths and overestimate your weaknesses.
