Self-awareness is fundamental to positive relationships and Golden Catalyst takes people on journeys of self discovery in a way that creates the space for them to feel safe enough to share their thoughts and feelings with those around them.

I use personality profiles as a powerful self awareness accelerator in my work with both individuals and teams.

Work is a place where you need to focus on doing what you do, but much of the joy or frustration also comes from who you do it with.
